Nel glaciale Mare del Nord, in
balia a forti raffiche di vento,
un pontile in cemento riesce a
rimanere ancorato alla terraferma
grazie a una speciale molla d’ormeggio.
L’ideatore del tenace prodotto è
Livio Pigini, fondatore di Nautica
Italiana, azienda che si firma dal 2003
con il brand INMARE e che rappresenta
un esempio di innovazione e creatività
Made in Italy. Il fatto insolito è che
la molla brevettata da pochi anni è
nata per ancorare imbarcazioni, e non
per fissare “frangionda” norvegesi,
pontili in cemento di notevole mole
sottoposti a continue pressioni metereologiche;
una società scandinava
non ha avuto dubbi sulla qualità del
prodotto e ha voluto sperimentare

resistenza del manufatto, costretto in
effetti a un clima marittimo ostile,
temperature polari e frequenti tempeste
di vento.

In the glacial North Sea, against strong
winds, a concrete pontoon is anchored to
mainland thanks to a special mooring spring.
The creator of such dogged product is Livio
Pigini, founding father of Nautica Italiana, a
firm which brands itself INMARE since 2003 and
which represents an example of Made in Italy
innovation and creativity.

prodotto: si chiama 2B Sure Anti-
Fouling ed è un sistema elettronico
antivegetativo di grande innovazione,
sviluppato e prodotto dalla olandese
Bright Spark. Composto da una
centralina, due elettrodi (anodo e
catodo), e i relativi cavi elettrici marini,
forma un campo elettrico che crea
una cella di elettrolisi intorno all’opera
viva della barca. Il sistema è semplice
da usare e assolutamente non
invasivo e funziona molto bene in
acqua di mare (dove si ha la massima
conduttività elettrica), e in maniera
meno efficiente in acque dolce dove
la sua capacità si riduce fino al 50%.
È economico e riduce a pochi minuti
i tempi di manutenzione della carena.
Lo stesso sistema funziona indifferentemente
a 12 volt continua o
150-240 volt alternata; è inoltre eco-
logico: non emette veleni nell’ambiente
marino. Infatti, gli ioni di rame prodotti
dal sistema, si ossidano e decadono
velocemente senza lasciare traccia.
Infine richiede una bassissima manutenzione:
gli elettrodi vanno sostituiti
saltuariamente a seconda dell’uso
(ogni anno e mezzo o due anni).

SYSTEM
A few days ago F&B Yachting got an exclusive
distribution in Italy of a new product. It is called
2B Sure Anti-Fouling system, a system of great
innovation, developed and manufactured by
the Dutch company Bright Spark. Consisting of
a control unit, two electrodes (anode and
cathode), and related marine electric cables, it
forms an electric field that creates a living cell
electrolysis around the work of the boat. The
system is simple to use and completely noninvasive:
Obviously the system works very well
in seawater (where it has the highest electrical
conductivity) and less efficiently in fresh water

according to the use (every year and a half or
two years).
