effettuato un importante<br />
test comparativo per<br />
provare l’efficienza di questo<br />
nuovo prodotto che permette<br />
di aumentare le prestazioni, di eseguire<br />
gli ormeggi con il joystick e di<br />
accrescere la sicurezza della navigazione<br />
attraverso una migliore manovrabilità.<br />
Dalle misure effettuate emerge come lo<br />
ZF POD 4000 riesca a sviluppare velocità<br />
più elevate già a partire da 11 nodi<br />
(+7%) sino a un incremento massimo<br />
(+10%) all’andatura centrale di crociera<br />
di 25 nodi. Lo ZF POD 4000 permette<br />
soprattutto di ridurre i consumi di carburante<br />
anche oltre il 10% rispetto a un<br />
impianto tradizionale con linea d’asse.<br />
Un altro elemento da considerare è il<br />
ridotto pescaggio dello scafo con propulsione<br />
pod. Lo ZF POD 4000 è destinato<br />
a yacht di grandi dimensioni (da 60 a 120<br />
piedi) con motori fino a 1.200 cavalli.<br />

propulsion system ZF POD 4000, an important test was<br />
made for proving the efficiency of this new product<br />
designed to increase performance, to carry out the<br />
moorings with the joystick and to increase the safety of<br />
navigation through improved maneuverability.<br />
By the measurements made it emerges that ZF POD<br />
4000 can develop faster speeds for as little as 11 knots<br />
(+7%) up to a maximum increase (+10%) of the cen-<br />
