orizzonti obiettivo montagna Un fanale a led Crp pLAsT-opTiCA: missione innovazione Molti di noi, salendo sulla propria automobile, utilizzano inconsciamente la tecnologia del Centro Ricerche Plast-Optica (CRP) di Amaro. L’azienda, del gruppo torinese FIAT, nata nel giugno del 2002 nell’area di ricerca CIT dell’Agemont grazie alla collaborazione fra il Centro Ricerche Fiat (CIF), Automotive Lighting Italia e l’Agenzia per lo sviluppo economico della montagna (Agemont), ha come mission è quella di promuovere l’attività di ricerca per favorire l’accrescimento del patrimonio di conoscenza nei settori dell’ottica, dei sistemi di illuminazione e di comunicazione, dello stampaggio dei materiali plastici e delle tecnologie collegate e nei sistemi fotovoltaici, bio medicali e dei materiali plastici. “Un investimento - assicura il direttore I laboratori del CRP 46 ottobre 11 del CRP Sabino Sinesi – finalizzato alla crescita delle competenze del settore da impiegare principalmente per Automotive Lighting Italia che ha sede a Tolmezzo”. Diversi sono stati i temi trattati in questo decennio di vita dal CRP, che è diventato punto di riferimento per diverse aziende anche di livello nazionale ed internazionale che investono pure in settori diversi da quello automobilistico. “Negli anni il CRP ha ricoperto un ruolo importante per l’innovazione non solo della fanaleria auto, ma anche dei sistemi di illuminazione in generale. Le nostre ricerche sul settore automobile - precisa Sinesi – hanno infatti avuto positive ricadute in altri settori”. La riorganizzazione effettuata da FIAT lo scorso mese di gennaio ha ora di fatto trasferito le azioni del CRP alla Magneti Marelli che ha disposto la nuova mission dell’azienda di Amaro, che ritorna prepotentemente nel settore automobilistico sviluppando tecnologie di stampaggio di fanaleria per auto e di illuminazione a led. La ricerca di nuovi tecnologie da poter applicare in diversi settori viene condivisa dal CRP con l’Università di <strong>Udine</strong> e di Trieste. Ad esempio, è recente l’iniziativa “JRAUM” del CRP per l’innovazione nella fanaleria ed il mantenimento della leadership di Tolmezzo nel campo della fanaleria. La Seima, azienda storica del Friuli e della Carnia, ha rafforzato il suo peso specifico quando si è trasformata in Automotive Lighting entrando nel gruppo Magneti Marelli. “La sfida non è quella di mantenere solo la produttività, stante il numero fra i più rilevanti di addetti in regione e l’indotto importante, ma soprattutto il centro di competenza di riferimento per la progettazione e l’innovazione del prodotto”. In quest’ottica di innovazione la collaborazione con le università della regione ha dato vita alla creazione di un’area di formazione per neo laureati e laureandi sul tema dell’illuminazione e segnalazione auto, “in rafforzamento del ruolo preminente che lo stabilimento di Tolmezzo ha e avrà all’interno del gruppo Automotive Lighting”. La collocazione della JRAUM all’interno di Agemont, per l’azienda, significa una sicura valorizzazione delle sinergie fra Agemont ed il Centro Ricerche Plast-Optica e costituisce un’opportunità di rilancio per l’Agenzia per lo sviluppo montano “che è sempre stato un attore importante dell’evoluzione dell’imprenditoria del territorio dell’area montana”. Negli ultimi mesi la ricerca del CRP si è indirizzata sul settore dell’illuminazione stradale, introducendo ottiche particolarmente efficienti sperimentate su guide di luce dei fanali automobilistici che trovano attualmente applicazione sul progetto regionale della domotica e che presto si applicherà al sistema direzionale di luce in grandi complessi (Way Finding), tra i quali il CRO di Aviano. “Collaboriamo - prosegue il direttore – con diverse aziende locali e regionali, nell’obiettivo di avere ricadute positive occupazionali ed economiche”. 14 persone assunte e una mezza dozzina in formazione portano il fatturato annuo dell’azienda a circa un milione 800 mila euro, in parte realizzato con progetti di ricerca internazionali per incamerare le innovazioni per il futuro. “Abbiamo aperti sei progetti europei, che riguardano la tecnologia, lo stampaggio e la trasmissione di luce e sorgenti luminose.” Conclude Sinesi: “Non è facile per le piccole imprese conoscere e seguire i progetti europei, quindi la CRP funge da trait d’union fra le piccole imprese del territorio e la Comunità Europea”.
