Il Pasta Set ® è uno dei rarissimi casi in cui siamo riusciti a sviluppare una vera innovazione
funzionale nel campo antichissimo degli oggetti per la cucina.
In seguito, è diventato il progenitore di una lunga serie di imitazioni in tutto il mondo.
L’invenzione di Morozzi, il colapasta inserito nella pentola, infatti era così semplice e quasi
geniale che se ne sono accorti subito anche i nostri concorrenti, tanto che oggi forse non
esiste un pentolaio che non ne abbia prodotto la sua versione.
In occasione della presentazione è stato pubblicato il libro “Pastario ovvero Atlante delle
paste italiane”, a cura di E. Medagliani e F. Gosetti, Alessi, 1985.
The Pasta Set ® is one of the very unusual cases where we have been able to introduce a truly
innovative use into the ages-old field of kitchen utensils.
It has since become the fore-runner of a whole series of imitations from all over the world.
An invention of Morozzi, his brain-wave (a colander inside the pan) was so simple and so
original that our competitors were incredibly quick on the uptake. Today there is hardly a
pan manufacturer that does not have a pasta-set in their range.
At the time of the presentation, a book by E. Medagliani and F. Gosetti was published under
the title “Pastario ovvero Atlante delle paste italiane”, Alessi, 1985.
