Ingredientes:<br />
70 gr. <strong>de</strong> manteiga<br />
250 gr. <strong>de</strong> azucre<br />
2 ovos<br />
Raspas <strong>de</strong> limón<br />
250 gr. <strong>de</strong> fariña<br />
Fermento<br />
1 vaso <strong>de</strong> leite<br />
Sal<br />
Elaboración:<br />
BISCOITO<br />
Mesturar a manteiga (xa abrandada) co azucre, bater ata<br />
acadar unha pasta cremosa, engadir os ovos batidos e<br />
máis as raspas do limón. Poñer noutro recipiente a fariña,<br />
o fermento, un chisco <strong>de</strong> sal, o leite e mesturar coa pasta<br />
anterior. Cando temos unha pasta suave botar nun mol<strong>de</strong><br />
e introducir no forno durante media hora mais ou menos.<br />
