Ingredientes:<br />

TELLAS<br />

½ kg. <strong>de</strong> améndoas cortadas moi finas<br />

½ kg. <strong>de</strong> azucre<br />

60 gr. <strong>de</strong> fariña<br />

8 claras <strong>de</strong> ovo<br />

Vainilla<br />

Elaboración:<br />

Mesturar todos os ingredientes traballándoos ben. Untar a<br />

ban<strong>de</strong>xa do forno cun pouco <strong>de</strong> manteiga e colocar nela<br />

culleradas <strong>de</strong> masa, esmagándoa co dorso da culler<br />

<strong>de</strong>ixando un espazo entre unha e outra. Cocer no forno a<br />

temperatura media.<br />

Sacar <strong>de</strong>licadamente cunha espátula e apoiar sobre un<br />

vaso para que tomen a forma dunha tella.<br />

Deixar arrefriar.<br />
