Ingredientes:<br />
1 cunca <strong>de</strong> nata<br />
1 cunca <strong>de</strong> azucre<br />
2 ovos<br />
GALLETAS DE NATA<br />
½ culleriña <strong>de</strong> fermento en po<br />
Fariña<br />
Elaboración:<br />
Mesturar ben a nata co azucre, engadir os ovos e seguir<br />
removendo. Agregar o fermento e a fariña a culleradas ata<br />
que espese.<br />
Amasar e facer as galletas finas (cun mol<strong>de</strong> ou cunha<br />
copa). Poñer no forno nunha placa esparexida <strong>de</strong> fariña.<br />
Se se <strong>de</strong>sexa pó<strong>de</strong>nse esparexer cun pouco <strong>de</strong> azucre<br />
antes <strong>de</strong> meter no forno.<br />
