Ingredientes:<br />

85 gr. <strong>de</strong> nata<br />

1 cunca <strong>de</strong> azucre<br />

1 ovo<br />

150 gr. <strong>de</strong> fariña<br />

PASTELIÑOS<br />

100 gr. <strong>de</strong> cabelo <strong>de</strong> anxo<br />

20 gr. <strong>de</strong> fermento en po<br />

Aceite<br />

Elaboración:<br />

Bater o ovo coa nata e o azucre ata facer unha crema.<br />

Mesturar a fariña co fermento e engadir a crema. Amasar<br />

traballando coas mans e <strong>de</strong>ixar repousar 10 minutos.<br />

Pasado este tempo estirar a masa cun rolo ata que que<strong>de</strong><br />

moi fina. Cortar cadradiños <strong>de</strong> 8 por 8 cm. e colocar no<br />

centro o recheo <strong>de</strong> cabelo <strong>de</strong> anxo.<br />

Dobrar e cortar dándolles forma <strong>de</strong> media lúa. Fritir en<br />

aceite ben quente, colocar sobre papel absorbente e<br />

esparexer con azucre.<br />
