Ingredientes:<br />

BISCOITO DE NOCES<br />

2 barras <strong>de</strong> chocolate para fundir<br />

125 gr. <strong>de</strong> manteiguiña<br />

200 gr. <strong>de</strong> azucre<br />

6 culleradas <strong>de</strong> leite<br />

6 ovos<br />

160 gr. <strong>de</strong> fariña<br />

100 gr. <strong>de</strong> noces peladas<br />

1 sobre <strong>de</strong> Royal<br />

Elaboración:<br />

Fundir nun recipiente o chocolate con dúas culleradas <strong>de</strong> auga<br />

e reservar.<br />

Noutro recipiente fundir a manteiguiña. Engadir o chocolate e<br />

as noces. Remexer e reservar.<br />

Para elaborar o biscoito separar as xemas das claras. Montar as<br />

claras a punto <strong>de</strong> neve e mesturar coas xemas. Engadir o<br />

azucre, o leite, a fariña e o Royal; bater.<br />

Untar un mol<strong>de</strong> con manteiguiña e fariña esparexida e botar<br />

todos os ingredientes. Meter no forno a 200 o C durante 30<br />

minutos.<br />
