mare frecventa <strong>de</strong> 58%, acelasi procent a<strong>cu</strong>za stari <strong>de</strong> nervozitate urmate <strong>de</strong> stare <strong>de</strong> oboseala.<br />
Deasemenea irascibilitatea apare <strong>cu</strong> o frecventa <strong>de</strong> 49%.<br />

18. In zona rezi<strong>de</strong>ntiala frecventa simptomelor este mult mai mica, maximul <strong>de</strong> 33% este<br />
<strong>pe</strong>ntru nevrozitate si 32% <strong>pe</strong>ntru tulburari <strong>de</strong> somn, urmeaza irascibilitatea 27%, tulburari <strong>de</strong><br />
atentie 25%, oboseala si factori <strong>de</strong> stress 23%.<br />
In concluzie:<br />
In zona <strong>cu</strong> trafic intens <strong>pe</strong>rceptia ris<strong>cu</strong>rilor confirma existenta unui procent <strong>de</strong> 56% din <strong>pe</strong>rsoane<br />
care a<strong>cu</strong>za disconfortul produs <strong>de</strong> zgomot in lo<strong>cu</strong>inte in <strong>cu</strong>rsul zilei, iar <strong>pe</strong> <strong>pe</strong>rioada noptii<br />
procentul este <strong>de</strong> 40%.<br />
In aceste zone gradul <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>ranj este sever, <strong>pe</strong>ntru <strong>pe</strong>rsoanele din lo<strong>cu</strong>intele orientate spre reteaua<br />
stradala <strong>cu</strong> trafic intens, ceea ce se coreleaza <strong>cu</strong> rezultatele masuratorilor climatului sonor<br />
evi<strong>de</strong>ntiat <strong>pe</strong> hartile <strong>de</strong> zgomot, elaborate <strong>de</strong> administratiile locale.<br />
Gru<strong>pe</strong>le <strong>de</strong> varsta cele mai afectate sunt 51-65 ani si <strong>pe</strong>ste 65 ani, <strong>de</strong>oarece isi <strong>pe</strong>trec cea mai mare<br />
<strong>pe</strong>rioada a timpului in lo<strong>cu</strong>inta.<br />
Se impune reducerea nivelului <strong>de</strong> zgomot prin luarea <strong>de</strong> masuri <strong>de</strong> organizare a trafi<strong>cu</strong>lui rutier si<br />
in s<strong>pe</strong>cial cel greu, care trebuie redirectionat <strong>pe</strong>ntru a evita tranzitarii oraselor.<br />
Autoritatile administrative locale trebuie sa gaseasca solutii tehnice si economice <strong>de</strong> reabilitare a<br />
cladirilor care sa vizeze consolidarea, termoizolarea si implicit reducerea nivelului <strong>de</strong> zgomot<br />
interior din cladiri<br />
