4. Din punct <strong>de</strong> ve<strong>de</strong>re al repartitiei trimestriale si <strong>pe</strong> luni a izbucnirilor TIA , varful<br />

numeric a fost inregistrat in luna august <strong>2009</strong> , <strong>cu</strong> aparitia a 15 focare TIA, maximum <strong>de</strong><br />

imbolnaviri ( 50,75%) s-a inregistrat in trimestrul al 3-lea , 34 <strong>de</strong> focare.<br />

5. Din punct <strong>de</strong> ve<strong>de</strong>re al repartitiei in plan teritorial , se remarca, asemenea anilor<br />

prece<strong>de</strong>nti, frecventa mare a focarelor TIA in ju<strong>de</strong>tul Constanta (14 focare) , urmat <strong>de</strong> ju<strong>de</strong>tele<br />

Prahova ( 8 focare ) si Arges (6 focare TIA) .<br />

6. Referitor la lo<strong>cu</strong>l <strong>de</strong> izbucnire al focarelor TIA in anul <strong>2009</strong> , se remarca proportia mai<br />

mare a focarelor TIA aparute ca focare familiale (59,70%) fata <strong>de</strong> cele aparute in unitatile <strong>de</strong><br />

alimentatie colectiva (40,30%).<br />

7. Repartitia <strong>pe</strong> medii <strong>de</strong> provenienta a focarelor TIA in <strong>2009</strong> indica predominenta in<br />

mediul urban , fata <strong>de</strong> mediul rural .<br />

8. Formele <strong>de</strong> boala in focar au inclus predominant evolutie <strong>cu</strong> durata usoara la 247 <strong>de</strong><br />

internati in focarele TIA din <strong>2009</strong> .<br />

9. Din punct <strong>de</strong> ve<strong>de</strong>re al repartitiei <strong>pe</strong> gru<strong>pe</strong> <strong>de</strong> varsta, ca si in anul tre<strong>cu</strong>t , procentul cel<br />

mai mare s-a raportat la grupa <strong>de</strong> varsta 16 - 60 ani ( 49,16 %) .<br />

10. Simptomatologia izbucnirilor TIA din anul <strong>2009</strong> a fost predominant digestiva<br />

incluzand varsaturi, greata, diaree, colici abdominale si febra.<br />

11. Din punct <strong>de</strong> ve<strong>de</strong>re al factorilor favorizanti care au contribuit la aparitia focarelor TIA<br />

in anul <strong>2009</strong>, procentul cel mai mare <strong>de</strong> imbolnaviri s-a inregistrat ca urmare a pastrarii improprii a<br />

alimentelor prelucrate, pre<strong>cu</strong>m si a gatirii/prepararii nea<strong>de</strong>cvate a produselor ; in procente mai mici<br />

a contribuit la aparitia focarelor TIA din <strong>2009</strong> folosirea alimentelor nesigure (res<strong>pe</strong>ctiv alimente<br />

provenite din surse neverificate)<br />
