The students reflect the
women’s role in the labour
market and discuss the
differences.
The students reflect the role
model position of their
parents and try to find out
stereotypes in their career
choice.
“24 hours in the age of 30” -
Students try to paint their
future visions.
Discuss about the differences
between boys and girls. Take
the questionnaire about
vocational orientation and
find out differences or
similarities.
Sum up those issues most
pricking to the total group;
give each participant the
opportunity to formualte
action orientated goals:
"What are your next steps?"
