Why are nine out of ten appraisal wells drilled by OMV Exploration<br />
& Production GmbH successful? Just as the camel finds water<br />
where others see only sand, we find oil where others can't. OMV,<br />
the leading energy Group in the European growth belt, announces<br />
the successful drilling and testing of gas condensate in its Ahlem-2<br />
appraisal well in the Nawara Production Concession in southern<br />
Tunisia. This is the sixth successive well to encounter hydrocarbons<br />
in this area in the last four years.<br />
