My Vision for the ministry of the PSW: The majority of our District congregations are small
churches with many in the midst of urban and ethnic diversity. Our congregations reflect the time
of Daniel 1-6 – witnessing to the Lord in the midst of a hostile culture. In addition to strong,
healthy large churches, we also need to encourage and develop many strong, healthy small churches.
My vision is for this concern to be reflected in our District leadership, guidance and ministry
strategies.
