Experience Pertinent to Position: I have been blessed to serve as parish pastor<br />
for over 20 years in Kansas, Illinois and Colorado. From 1994-1999 I served as<br />
director of Synod’s Evangelism Department. From 1999 to 2009 I served as<br />
Mission Facilitator of the PSD. My experience in all these areas has given me a<br />
broad vision for our church’s ministry.<br />
My Vision for the ministry of the PSW: To effectively resource congregations and schools to<br />
fulfill the Great Commission.<br />

Occupation: Special Assistant to President—Concordia University, Irvine<br />
Experience Pertinent to Position: Have served 2 times on Synodical Nominating<br />
Committee – Served as Chairman for the 2001 Synodical <strong>Convention</strong>.<br />
My Vision for the ministry of the PSW: In these difficult and challenging<br />
times, to be faithful in doctrine and practice while energetically pursing the Mission our Lord has<br />
