− A active program to retrofit water efficient fittings and equipment, such as<br />
shower roses and aerated taps<br />
− Pricing adjustments<br />
− Active system leak detection and repair<br />
Provision of reticulated water supply to high priority villages<br />
A southern dam (930 ML).<br />
<strong>Integrated</strong> Option 4: Enhanced Existing Supply Scheme Plus Southern Dam, Demand<br />
<strong>Management</strong>, Rainwater tanks and Reticulated <strong>Water</strong> to All Villages<br />
This option consists of:<br />
Immediate and short term measures as discussion in section 8.3.3. The initial<br />
capacity of northern and southern filtration plants would be 25 ML/d and 9.5 ML/d<br />
A comprehensive demand management comprising:<br />
− Community education targeting outdoor irrigation<br />
