options s have been addressed in this report.<br />

3.1.5 Community Preferences<br />

Table 3-1 below provides a summary of community preferences with respect to the future<br />

management of their urban water cycle from the November 2001 meeting. The table also<br />

provides the community’s expectations of each water cycle management option in terms of<br />

social and environmental outcomes. Appendix B contains the outcomes of the first round of<br />

community consultation.<br />

3.2 Community Feedback<br />

The approach adopted by Council top gain community feedback on the options was to have<br />

a series of information sessions and then to publicly display a summary document for<br />

residents to submit comments. The community information sessions were held in Narooma,<br />

Batemans Bay and Moruya. The last date receive comments was 15 th February 2003.<br />

Appendix B contains the community feedback received and the responses to it.
