• an aircraft taxi<strong>in</strong>g on a runway at <strong>the</strong> same time as ano<strong>the</strong>r aircraft commenc<strong>in</strong>g<br />
take <strong>of</strong>f from <strong>the</strong> opposite runway end (17 occurrences).<br />
Some <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>se situations are shown <strong>in</strong> Figure 4 below. O<strong>the</strong>r runway <strong>in</strong>cursion<br />
situations were less common, such as aircraft land<strong>in</strong>g at <strong>the</strong> same time on crossrunways.<br />
