Work with Project Creation Rules Task creates the rules used to
automate the creation of design request projects in SDM-ProjectMaster.
Work with Systems Task allows you to categorize a company and
break it down by a specific physical machine, application, division, and
so forth.
Work with Environments Status Codes Settings Tasks identify the
individual environments that are used for projects in SDM-
Implementer. The corresponding design request status setting
automatically updates the design request associated with the project
when all the entities in a design request entity list have been moved to
that environment.
Work with Companies, Divisions, and Departments Tasks define
the companies and optionally divisions and departments associated with
each company.
Work with Cost Centers Task identifies charge back identifiers that
can be used with your accounting system.
Work with Products, Components, and Versions Tasks define the
products, components, and versions that requests will be logged for. If
you use the SDM-DesignTracker and SDM-Implementer release
management features, customers, releases, and environments are
integrated as well.
Work with Users Task identifies the processing authorities for each
user logging and processing requests on the SDM-DesignTracker
system.
Work with Resources Task identifies the project leaders and
development resources available for processing requests in SDM-
Implementer.
Work with Approval Users Task allows for the assignment of
approval administrators for design requests and service requests
(someone who can approve at any level).
Change System Control Setting Task establishes the system-wide
defaults and control parameters used to process requests in SDM-
DesignTracker.
Release Management Setup Tasks provides an overview of the
Release Setup functions related to release management processing.
