electronic <strong>for</strong>mat. The project involved collaboration between the Office of the<br />

Attorney General (OAG) and the DOJ Library Staff to ensure the completeness of<br />

the collection.<br />

In 2010, the digitized speeches were completed and gradually uploaded onto the<br />

DOJ Internet, accessible through each Attorney’s General biography page on the<br />

DOJ Internet site. The process of digitizing and reviewing all of these speeches was<br />

a team ef<strong>for</strong>t. The Systems Team along with Winburn, on loan from the Library<br />

Web Team, created the web pages. They then checked and rechecked the pages<br />

along with the Digitization Team prior to being sent to the Department’s Web Team<br />

<strong>for</strong> posting on the DOJ Internet site.<br />
