We can say in all, the mind (heart ) plays an
important role in the struggle between good and evil.
Therefore be aware of your “man” then only you will
understand the gist of incidents. It is said while writing
this couplet . Tulsidasji thought that Rawan is a
Brahman and Shri Ramji is kshatriys, I myself is also
Brahaman. So people may not take this war, as
religious war. Hanuman came forward looking at
Tulsidasji’s hesitation and expounded that Shri Ramji
have control over time, so this war is not a religious
matter so keep on writing RamKatha without worry. It
is said Hanuman himself wrote this first couplet. In the
very beginning he takes the things in his hand.
Actually our “man” is the centre of all evils. “Man”
is controlled by air and Hanuman is God of air. If
pranayam is done, memorizing Hanuman, then
meditation will occur soon.
Meditation is the state of victory of good. To win
body means life of discipline, it needs hard work . At
first Ramji constructed bridge with the help of monkeys
which is a hard work. Bridge means connection. With
whom we are connecting , it means a lot.
The bridge of bad company cant take you towards
good, that’s why we have to save body from bad
company and accompany with hard work. After
