and leaving, the naval once moves up and down<br />
concentrate on it. May your mind deviate, but try to<br />
link it with your breaths.<br />

attention outwards, which you moved in<br />
previously. Mind is at rest. Your body is lying<br />

head to toe, uttering <strong>Hanuman</strong>Chalisa, then being<br />
fully aware of outer environment turn left and then<br />
sit straight. Open eyes slowly, feel relaxed and<br />
fresh and do one work while contacting eyes with<br />
every body-JUST SMILE.<br />
