2. Agree with everything-<br />

During meditation, many outer movements will<br />

attract us. Don’t take them as obstacles. Make<br />

every sound,a step forward. Gradually a mental<br />

state will arise in you.<br />

Make every outer interruption, helpful in your<br />

inner state. The process of meditation will be<br />

uninterruptied, Inhale and exhale, being aware.<br />

3. Decline your ego :-<br />

Continue with last two process. Now this new stage<br />

will also join in. Gradually decline the feel of your<br />

‘Mein’ that is ego.<br />

The feelings that I am breathing will end with the<br />

consciousness of moving breath.<br />

4. Differentiate body and soul :-<br />

As you will follow the above stages, the gap<br />

between body and soul will increase. Because they<br />

both are linked by breath, breath acts as a bridge<br />
