discipline of body. Dhyan and Samadhi are a matter of soul.
Pranayam, Pratyahar and dharna b balance the mind. There fore we
have to understand this serial and reach Samadhi. Those who direatly
want to reach Samadhi they fail to achieve.
People complaint that during meditation they fall asleep or all
the thoughts came at that time only. That’s why before reaching
dhyan, we must go through the ways of astang yoga serially
