5. While going to bed and awaking :-<br />

Lie down straight on bed, with back touching it.<br />

When you are about to sleep and your eyes are<br />

drowsy, breath slowly, and imagine that the<br />

radiance of sun is entering your head as a wave of<br />

energy. Crossing whole body, it leaves your body<br />

through feet.<br />

Live this feel completely.<br />

While exhaling, imagine that darkness in<br />

entering through feet and leaving thought head.<br />

Breath slowly, the more you will be slow,<br />

more easy will be for you to imagine. Follow for<br />

10-20 minutes then sleep.<br />

You will get good results within 3 to 4 months.<br />

You will find that the energy which was lying on<br />

the Muladhar Chakra has raised to Sahastrahar.<br />

Sleep will be sound and you will be fresh in the<br />

next morning. You can follow this process in the<br />

morning also.<br />

Concentrate On Moolbandh –<br />

It is also an easy process. Sit in such a posture,<br />

so that there is a little pressure on Muladhar
