Once again, bring it to mind that there are many
techniques of meditation, adopt whichever suit you.
Now you are entering into a very special mental
process. If anyone look towards a meditating person,
it seems as if he is sleeping, but he is fully awake
from inside. He is observing mentally the activities of
his own ‘Mann’ During meditation the person makes
relation with his unconscious mind.
Ajapa-Jap (Meditation )
In this process, the meditator concentrates his mind
on the breath which enters and exits. And also let it
move simply.
We must view this with awareness. We must be
attentive like a spectator towards the moving breath.
Remember that the breath entering in, must reach the
naval below. It will be calm after sometime. Do not
pressurize your ‘Mann’ . But try to be alert towards it
action.
Utter HanumanChalisa with every breath you
take in and give out.
In should be as if one chaupai takes the breath in
and the other leaves it out. After completing 1-2
HanumanChalisa, mentally, you can do it without Jap
also, only pay attention on your breath. Be
thoughtless.
