(6) AgyaChakra :- When energy reach here, the
light is covered by darkness sometimes. As the
light appeared for a small period preciously,
now the darkness appears sometimes for a
while. Now the heart will be full of lovenectar.
You will feel it. We will feel that we
rise up and also fall down sometimes. But now
we are ready to rise up.
(7) Sahastrahar :- This is the topmost stage to lead
energy. If we view from here, only almighty
God will be visible.
Therefore from Muladhar only world is
visible not the world maker, but from Sahastrahar
only the creator of world is visible, not the world.
Here meditation takes place easily.
Before entering meditation the practitioner must be
well acquainted with all the seven centers and the
process of rising life-energy.
Because meditation is closely related to energy
levels, breath, mind and thoughts. We must be well
versed with all these.
