consciousness, life will enter in body . Body will be<br />

peaceful and after sometime you will feel yourself<br />

It can be adopted for. 5to 10 minutes. During<br />

‘Shavasan’ if you follow the mental revision of<br />

<strong>Hanuman</strong>Chalisa with the breath going in and out.<br />

You will feel yourself more close to the pleasure.<br />

When you get up, bend towards left, wait and then<br />
