3. Bahaya Pranayam :- (With tribandh) inhale then<br />
exhale 1 st bandh-(Mool- bandh). To pull upwards<br />
the excretory organs (Contraction). Second<br />
bandh- (uddiyan bandh) to stick stomach to back.<br />
Third –(Jalandhar) touch chin to chest, 3-5 times.<br />
4. Anulome-Vilom-It have two parts- (a) swar<br />
shodhan – Close the night nostril with right hand<br />
thumb and inhale deeply with left nostril and<br />
then exhale. Repeat it 11 or 21 times. Close the<br />
left nostril with left hand thumb and breath<br />
deeply then exhale, repeat 11 or 21 times.<br />
(b) Anulome-Vilom- Close right nostril with right<br />
hand thumb, inhale by left nostril, then close the loft<br />
nostril with middle and ring finger, and move thumb<br />
from right nostril and release breath. Again, inhale by<br />
right nostril and close it by thumb and exhale by left.<br />
Repeat for 5 to 10 minute During this pranayam join<br />
the tip of thumb and finger. It is gyan mudra.<br />
Below are four pranayam of mental body :-<br />
5. Bhramri –Close both ears with respective thumbs.<br />
Keep first finger of both hands on forehead and close<br />
eyes by three fingers. Close your lips Breath in and<br />
make humming sound spelling “ Om.” In this Om is<br />
small and “M” is spelt long.Useful in Depression,<br />
hypertension and insomnia .First finger and thumbgyanmudra.
