Pranayam (Short Package)<br />

There is a lot of literature about yoga and<br />

pranayam. Different saints, preceptors and yoga<br />

mentors explain it in their way. All is related to<br />

Ashtang yoga, only presentation can be different. Here<br />

we are presenting a short package of pranayam<br />

accompanied with <strong>Hanuman</strong>Chalisa. You accept is<br />

according to your interest,with faith and devotion. It is<br />

a request not a procedure. But it is quite certain that<br />

<strong>Hanuman</strong> is God of air and pranayam is science of air,<br />

there fore the process of pranayam will be more<br />

effective and result oriented with the kind remembrance<br />

of <strong>Hanuman</strong> .<br />

The spiritual meaning of being healthy is to be<br />

healthy by body, mind and money. If body is active and<br />

energetic, mind in state of rest and money comes by<br />

pure means than we will be healthy in any<br />

circumstances . Pranayam is the balancing of body and<br />

mind, let us know the eight parts of pranayam in brief.<br />

First of all it is a humble request, that please practice all<br />

the eight pranayams for at least 15-30 minute daily,<br />

then you will feel pleasure, of obtaining tensionless
