After Pranayam we must feel as if we have taken<br />

rebirth. We are able to understand the difference<br />

between the physical body and mental body through<br />

pranayam. As the understanding will increase peace<br />

will increase and after this, it will be easy to attain<br />

“Dhyan”.<br />

First four pranayam belongs to physical body, sit<br />

straight with your backbone erect. Sit in the Aasan,in<br />

which you feel comfortable.<br />

1. Bhastrika :- 2 to 5 minute . To inhale and exhale<br />

simply. Mudra-both fingers (middle and index ) ,<br />

thumb. (During bhastrika follow the mental-Jap<br />

ot Shri <strong>Hanuman</strong>Chalisa with each breath utter a<br />

chaupai, do likewise once or twice).<br />

2. Kapalbhati :- ( 500-600 times) pay attention for 5<br />

to 10 minute on throwing breath outside only,<br />

with closed eyes, stomach inwards and breathing<br />

outside ,move stomach like bellows (blow pipe).<br />

Relaxi :- When tired, leave body at ease and breath in<br />

and out slowly and concentrate on breath only.<br />

During kapalbhati, try to raise energy on every<br />

level by the kick of breath.
