The third element of life management is do not
asperse or defame anyone. It makes our heart heavy and
give rise to uneasiness. Those who are in search of
peace must be away from back-biting. In today’s age of
competition self praise and to defame others have
become man’s ornaments. It is very juicy and gives
pleasure, it seems to be sweet as sugarcane.
There is a slight difference between criticism and
aspersion. To cast aspersion means to strike the ego of
two people. Where as criticism has an objective to find
out the truth. There is enmity behind aspersion and
criticism is with friendship. Aspersion has the feeling of
destruction where as criticism have the feel to awake.
Queen kaikeye bear the harm of aspersion. Before
Ramji’s coronation, the conversation which started
between marthara and kaikai a night before, started
with aspersion. She introduced her slandering nature in
kaikai also. With the entrance of aspersion in life,
Ramji went away. The habit of slandering takes God
away from us.
The nature of casting aspersion, defamed whole
religious scenario of the world. Many religious gurus
and their disciples made the religious fields, the fields
of war due to aspersion, Religion is recognized by it
literature and literature by its words.
