not allow gap in both of these. You will hear the<br />

voice of ‘Soham’. Try to feel this voice and follow<br />

mind. The suppressed desires will come forward,<br />

then perish and at last our inner self will be pious.<br />

exhaling breath. With the moving breath, you to<br />

travel inside and outside. Breath in and out with<br />

every chaupai of <strong>Hanuman</strong>Chalisa. Don’t be<br />

bothered about thoughts whether they are coming<br />

or not. There will be some thoughts in between, let
