Meditation is not a process, it is an understanding,<br />
it is the situation of consciousness.<br />
In today’s fast life meditation is a mission, a goal<br />
to be achieved, by which we will be able to balance<br />
the outer and inner world. We will not be agitated,<br />
how so ever busy we are, we will not be unhealthy<br />
how so ever handwork we do.<br />
To have control over the outer circumstances and<br />
happiness in inner condition, is an outcome of<br />
meditation.<br />
There are many techniques of meditation, follow<br />
which ever you like.<br />
Seven energy levels :-<br />
Before entering meditation, let us know about<br />
the seven orbits of body which are the center of<br />
energy. According to Yogis there are 7 orbits. We<br />
have to raise our energy from the bottom to top. The<br />
lowermost is the MuladharChakra, usually our life<br />
energy lies here only. As we raise this energy to<br />
Sahastrahar Chakra, we will be close to meditation.<br />
One who will learn the art of using life-energy will<br />
be able to have the real pleasure of life.
