Contract you rectal muscles upward. Muscles<br />

will be stretched upwards and breath held inside.<br />

Concentrate on MuladharChakra-<br />

Prolong it, as much you can, then relax rectal<br />

muscles, exhale.<br />

Memorize <strong>Hanuman</strong>Chalisa and concentrate<br />

on Muladhar Chakra till you exhale.<br />

Do it three or two times with <strong>Hanuman</strong>Chalisa<br />

a and then two times this process can be done<br />

being thoughtless.<br />
