3.8 SAMPLE FORMS

3.9 NOTIFICATION OF NONCOMPLIANCE
IT will notify the Subcontractor of any detected noncompliance with the foregoing
requirements. The Subcontractor will take immediate corrective action after receipt of
such notice. Such notice, when delivered to the Subcontractor at the worksite, will be
deemed sufficient for the purpose of notification. If the Subcontractor fails or refuses to
comply promptly, IT may issue an order stopping all or part of the work until satisfactory
corrective action has been taken. No part of the time lost due to such stop orders will be
made the subject of claim for extension of time or for excess costs or damages by the
Subcontractor.
