pick a home theod in your cyningdom from the Chapter<br />
Three. The Jutes, Saxons, or Angles who founded your<br />
cyningdom probably have the best theod-lands, nearer<br />
the Roman towns: arriving Frisians cling to the coasts,<br />
while Franks settle inland on poorer ground. These are<br />
only generalizations, though.<br />
5. Traits, Passions and Directed Traits: Use either the<br />
Designated or Random method from Pendragon page 54<br />
to determine Traits.<br />
Choose one to three of the Passions and Directed Traits in<br />
the box on the next page, and record them. You must<br />
choose at least one selection from your home cyningdorn.<br />
If you pick two or three selections, one must be a Fear or<br />
Saxon Cyningdom<br />
Roll ld20 to determine your Cyningdom, and then roll the<br />
indicated dice: check your resulting total against the Saxon<br />
