At that stage of IRIS4 irradiation progress, it is too early to conclude to a really promising<br />

effect of oxide layer on the UMo/Al behaviour. Positive effect of Si observed after 4 cycles<br />

needs to be confirmed. Further OSIRIS cycles planned by mid-<strong>2009</strong> are compulsory to test<br />

IRIS4 device at higher burn-up in order to complete the comparison with former IRIS<br />

experiments and thus confirm or not current tendencies.<br />
