In this case, <strong>the</strong>y certainly receive <strong>the</strong> light <strong>of</strong> Atzilut. First, we need<br />

<strong>to</strong> enter in<strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> Worlds <strong>of</strong> BYA, reach <strong>the</strong>ir highest point in <strong>the</strong> World<br />

<strong>of</strong> Beria, get as close <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> Parsa as possible, and force all <strong>the</strong> Worlds <strong>of</strong><br />

BYA <strong>to</strong> rise <strong>to</strong> Atzilut. Toge<strong>the</strong>r with <strong>the</strong> Worlds <strong>of</strong> BYA we will ascend <strong>to</strong><br />

<strong>the</strong> World <strong>of</strong> Atzilut and receive <strong>the</strong> light that is <strong>the</strong>re.<br />

10. All <strong>the</strong> same, this allegory does not completely reflect <strong>the</strong> essence,<br />

because <strong>the</strong> book <strong>of</strong> wisdom <strong>of</strong> this world consists <strong>of</strong> a white background<br />

and <strong>the</strong> color <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> letters in which <strong>the</strong>re is no spirit (Ruach)<br />

<strong>of</strong> life.<br />

Actually, <strong>the</strong> allegory about <strong>the</strong> World <strong>of</strong> Atzilut is as a white page,<br />

and <strong>the</strong> attainment in <strong>the</strong> Worlds <strong>of</strong> BYA, being similar <strong>to</strong> letters, is<br />

pretty lifeless. It does not convey <strong>the</strong> vast breathtaking picture that man<br />

attains when he enters in<strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong>se worlds, feels new spiritual universes,<br />

<strong>the</strong> Upper Souls, angels, palaces. He discovers a wonderful, effervescent<br />

life, reveals <strong>the</strong> forces that govern not our tiny world, but <strong>the</strong> immense<br />

universe.<br />

Naturally, this example fails <strong>to</strong> express such sensations. Why is it<br />

so? Baal HaSulam says: …because <strong>the</strong> book <strong>of</strong> wisdom <strong>of</strong> this world consists <strong>of</strong><br />

a white background and <strong>the</strong> color <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> letters in which <strong>the</strong>re is no spirit <strong>of</strong> life.<br />

The revelation <strong>of</strong> wisdom (in our sensations) is not within <strong>the</strong>ir essence, but<br />

outside <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>m, i.e., in <strong>the</strong> intellect <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> one studying <strong>the</strong>m.<br />

As we ascend from <strong>the</strong> Worlds <strong>of</strong> BYA <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> World <strong>of</strong> Atzilut and<br />

attain <strong>the</strong> heavenly wisdom, it exists not on paper, not outside us in<br />

some book, but turns in<strong>to</strong> reality that permeates and surrounds us as a<br />

result <strong>of</strong> our inner changes.<br />

In accordance with this, one must be aware that <strong>the</strong> color white<br />

contained in <strong>the</strong> book is a subject <strong>of</strong> study in and <strong>of</strong> itself, and <strong>the</strong><br />

function <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r three colors is <strong>to</strong> manifest it.<br />

This is a very important sentence. I advise you <strong>to</strong> look at it closely.<br />
