From this point <strong>of</strong> view, we call this light “His light”, as it is written:<br />
“He, <strong>the</strong> light and His actions are one.” All three <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>se components<br />
are said <strong>to</strong> merge above <strong>the</strong> Parsa <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> World <strong>of</strong> Atzilut in<strong>to</strong><br />
one notion, <strong>the</strong> Crea<strong>to</strong>r. This light never descends below <strong>the</strong> Parsa de<br />
Atzilut. Only its tiny luminescence can do so.<br />
We know that Ohr Hochma can only be present in <strong>the</strong> World <strong>of</strong><br />
Atzilut, but never under <strong>the</strong> Parsa. It only shines below <strong>the</strong> Parsa in order<br />
<strong>to</strong> “tempt” <strong>the</strong> Kelim by its luminescence and attract <strong>the</strong>m <strong>to</strong> Atzilut.<br />
That is why it is impossible <strong>to</strong> comprehend <strong>the</strong> World <strong>of</strong> Atzilut per se. We<br />
only perceive it as <strong>the</strong> white color <strong>of</strong> a book’s page, which serves a basis<br />
for printing <strong>the</strong> letters.<br />
31. The way “The <strong>Zohar</strong>” describes <strong>the</strong> Kelim HuBTuM in <strong>the</strong><br />
World <strong>of</strong> Atzilut, which increase or decrease as <strong>the</strong> result <strong>of</strong> people’s<br />
actions, means that in <strong>the</strong> Upper Light itself <strong>the</strong>re is nothing but its<br />
simplicity, because no changes are possible in it.<br />
At our lessons, we study <strong>the</strong> World <strong>of</strong> Atzilut, <strong>the</strong> Worlds <strong>of</strong> BYA,<br />
how <strong>the</strong> Souls raise <strong>the</strong>ir desires <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> world Atzilut through <strong>the</strong> Worlds<br />
<strong>of</strong> BYA, and how <strong>the</strong> World <strong>of</strong> Atzilut begins <strong>to</strong> emanate <strong>the</strong> light and<br />
pull us up <strong>to</strong> itself. We learn that certain actions take place in <strong>the</strong> world<br />
Atzilut under <strong>the</strong> influence <strong>of</strong> MAN, our desires. That is, by our actions,<br />
desires, demands, we can cause changes, developments.<br />
Baal HaSulam says that <strong>the</strong>re is ano<strong>the</strong>r aid for <strong>the</strong> correct understanding<br />
<strong>of</strong> “The <strong>Zohar</strong>.” If we disregard it, we will not receive <strong>the</strong><br />
spiritual information and will fail <strong>to</strong> understand what is really written in<br />
<strong>the</strong> book. We will be as millions <strong>of</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r people, who kept reading “The<br />
<strong>Zohar</strong>” one generation after ano<strong>the</strong>r without understanding anything<br />
and imagining all kinds <strong>of</strong> fantastic pictures.<br />
So should what <strong>the</strong> correct tune-up <strong>to</strong> “The <strong>Zohar</strong>” be? The conclusion<br />
is that we never affect anything in <strong>the</strong> World <strong>of</strong> Atzilut with our<br />
actions. And as for all <strong>the</strong> actions that take place in Atzilut with regard <strong>to</strong><br />
