At <strong>the</strong> beginning <strong>of</strong> our research <strong>of</strong> “The Preface <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Book</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>Zohar</strong>” we have said that we do not study <strong>the</strong> World <strong>of</strong> Atzilut, but only<br />
Beria, Yetzira, and Assiya, since that is where <strong>the</strong> Souls are. We deal with<br />
Atzilut only as <strong>the</strong> Worlds <strong>of</strong> BYA rise <strong>to</strong> it, or, <strong>the</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r way around, as<br />
Atzilut shines inside <strong>the</strong> Worlds <strong>of</strong> BYA. All <strong>the</strong> more, we do not <strong>to</strong>uch<br />
upon <strong>the</strong> Worlds <strong>of</strong> AK<br />
and Infinity.<br />
As we have said in <strong>the</strong> first restriction, <strong>the</strong> essence is beyond our<br />
grasp; it is <strong>the</strong> fourth kind <strong>of</strong> knowledge that each being conceals<br />
within itself, even in <strong>the</strong> beings <strong>of</strong> our world. The white color stands<br />
alone and is not “dressed” in<strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> three colors <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> three Worlds <strong>of</strong><br />
BYA; meaning, <strong>the</strong> light <strong>of</strong> Hochma is not “dressed in Bina, Tifferet<br />
and Malchut, but is an abstract form that we disregard.<br />
If we attain our world from within (and we certainly will), we<br />
should always remember that we only study matter and <strong>the</strong> form cast<br />
in matter. However, <strong>the</strong> deeper, more inner properties concealed in it<br />
remain unattainable. We just imagine <strong>the</strong>m because it is impossible <strong>to</strong><br />
attain <strong>the</strong>m before <strong>the</strong> Final Correction.<br />
“The <strong>Zohar</strong>” exclusively speaks about our ascent <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> World <strong>of</strong><br />
Atzilut<br />
through <strong>the</strong> Worlds <strong>of</strong> BYA. (See Fig. 4) The Final Correction<br />
(Gmar Tikkun) takes place in <strong>the</strong> World <strong>of</strong><br />
Atzilut. The <strong>Book</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Zohar</strong> deals nei<strong>the</strong>r<br />
with <strong>the</strong> ascent <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> World <strong>of</strong> Infinity<br />
after <strong>the</strong> Gmar Tikkun, nor with <strong>the</strong> socalled<br />
eighth, ninth, and tenth millennia.<br />
Therefore we will always see matter<br />
and its form, whereas <strong>the</strong> abstract form and<br />
essence will remain unattainable because<br />
our correction on all <strong>the</strong> levels will only<br />
be partial. Even if some Reshimo emerges<br />
in us and we correct it, this correction is<br />
always limited and fragmentary.<br />
