7. COUNCIL REPORT
As submitted by Ruth Illman. Highlights include:
Unsure at this point where the public works building will be located to
Sidewalk repairs on James St. and Main Street West side to Victoria St.
Economic Development Task Force is in place
Looking for feedback re: proposed BMX track
Ruth answered some questions regarding the proposed cash-in-lieu of parking
report.
The board suggested Patti Richardson come to a meeting to better explain the concepts of
cash-in-lieu of parking. Lynn will invite Patti to one of the upcoming Tuesday morning
meetings.
8. NEW BUSINESS
7.1 Farmer’s Market
Signage requests have been accepted by Lambton Shores Council. Chris presented
conceptual pictures that will be installed at all locations requested.
Farmer’s Market agreement has been prepared for 2012.
