Agreement between Jeffery Gordon Grant and Gwen Frances Grant and
the Corporation of the Municipality of Lambton Shores – 8529 Vance Drive
RECOMMENDATION:
To request that Council approve a by-law authorizing the
execution of an Agreement between Jeffery Gordon Grant
and Gwen Frances Grant and the Corporation of the
Municipality of Lambton Shores for 8529 Vance Drive.

REPORT
Jeff and Gwen Grant are requesting permission to locate their trailer on the above noted
lands while their new dwelling is under construction. They indicate the trailer will be
used for tool storage, to provide shelter for workers and to allow the Grant’s to stay at
property overnight for security reasons.
This request is similar to others that this Council and previous Councils have considered
and approved over the years.

The agreement has been prepared by staff and is presented for Council approval. The
agreement allows a recreational vehicle on the lands to be occupied until November 30,
2012. A by-law authorizing the Municipality to execute the agreement is attached for
Councils’ consideration.
