(V3) has completed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment of the above-referenced site. The results of this assessment are provided in the enclosed project report. This environmental assessment has been conducted under the guidance and protocols of the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process (Standard E1527-2005) and the U.S. EPA November 1, 2005 Standards and Practices for All Appropriate Inquiries; Final Rule (40 CFR Part 312).
