Unit aim<br />
This unit introduces learners to the range and type of conduct needed in the workplace. Learners<br />
will be assisted to understand, demonstrate and reflect on some appropriate behaviours in the<br />
workplace.<br />
Learning outcomes<br />
There are three learning outcomes to this unit. The learner will be able to:<br />
1. Know about appropriate conduct for the workplace<br />
2. Be able to demonstrate good conduct<br />
3. Be able to carry out a review of own conduct<br />
Guided learning hours<br />
It is recommended that 10 hours should be allocated for this unit. This may be on a full-time or parttime<br />
basis.<br />

This unit will be assessed by:<br />
• Assessor observation<br />
• Oral questioning<br />
• Employer feedback<br />
