Unit 311 Preparation for work Level: Entry 3 Credit value: 2 Unit aim To encourage learners to look at their own skills and qualities in relation to those needed at work and to use this understanding to identify key personal information needed for an application. Learning outcomes There are two learning outcomes to this unit. The learner will be able to: 1. Understand the skills and qualities needed for working life 2. Investigate personal career opportunities Guided learning hours It is recommended that 20 hours should be allocated for this unit. This may be on a full-time or parttime basis.
