equivalent is required Any deviations from the standard ummdorsed form will be noted
on the Certificate ofInsurance
4 Professional Liability Insurance
CONNECTICUT GENERAL shall carry Professional Liability Insurance in an amount
of not less than 1 000 000

SUBCONTRACTORS REOUIREMENTS
CONNECTICUT GENERAL shall use commercially reasonable eJlorts to
require insurance
coverage by any subcontractors and independent contractors hired by CONNECTICUT
GENERAL pursuant to CONNECTICUT GENERAL S standard policies and procedures for
risk management
CONNECTICUT GENERAL and the Bridgeport City BOE waive all rights of subrogation
against each other for losses arising from work performed by each on this contract

If any policy is written on a claims made basis CONNECTICUT GENERAL agrees
to
maintain adequate insurance coverage for claims for the policy in effect during the contract
