That the City Council ofthe City of Bridgeport finds that the unencumbered balance ofthe
transferred from appropriation s listed below equals or exceeds the estimated experlditures ofthe City
required for such purpose during the remainder of the currentfiscal year The Council finding that the
remaining amount after transfer is sufficient for all expenditures ofthe City for the PurlJOSe thereof
