C Construction Stage Upon completion of the applicable portion of construction<br />
the applicant shall provide verification to the Bridgeport building official of the<br />
following as is applicable<br />

1 Lowest floor elevation the elevation to be verified for<br />
a For structures in Zone A and AE Zones 1 dO AE<br />
provide the as built elevation of the top of the lowest floor<br />
including basement<br />
b For nonresidential structures in Zone A and AE Zones A 1<br />
AdO AE provide the as built elevation to which the floodproofing<br />
is effective<br />
c For structures in the VE Zone V1 30 and VE zones provide<br />
the as built elevation of the bottom of the lowest horizontal<br />
structural member of the elevated building excluding pilings or<br />
columns<br />
Deficiencies detected by the review of the site plan referred to in this section<br />
shall be corrected by the permit<br />
holder immediately and prior to further<br />
progressive work being permitted to proceed<br />
Failure to submit the surveyor<br />
failure to make said corrections required by this chapter shall be cause to issue a<br />
stop work order for the project<br />
