Employer Connecticut General will<br />
calculate the Composite Score in each<br />
performance assessment category by<br />
averaging the scores for the four 4 quarters<br />
ofthe Term The assessments ofeach ofthe<br />
designated staff members and each ofthe<br />
performance assessment categories will be<br />
weighted equally The Account Management<br />
Commitmentwill be deemed fulfilled ifthe<br />
average ofthe composite scores in each<br />

3 Evaluation ofPerformance and Payment<br />

increase the Payment Amounts in proportion<br />

Correspondingly Connecticut General<br />
reserves the rightto decrease the Payment<br />
Amounts in proportion to the variation<br />
between the actual and projected number of<br />
enrolled employees in the event that the<br />
actual number ofemployees enrolled on the<br />
Effective Date is less than eighty five percent<br />
